 Dr. Lila Purusottama Das
 He is currently serving as Vice-Principal of the school. Apart from taking care of administrative responsibilities, he is also teaching science, mathematics and computer applications to the students. He has obtained B.Tech and M.Tech. Degrees from IIT, Kanpur. He has worked in a number of multi-national companies such as National Instruments before deciding to join BGIS.  He is currently serving in Gurukula as a Physics and Sastra Teacher. He is also taking care of 10th grade students as a Ashram Teacher. He did B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) from college of Engineering and Management, Kolkata.  He teaches Mathematics and Science to the Middle School using innovative methods. He has done M-Tech in Electrical Department, IIT Kanpur. He has also worked for Couth InfoTech, Hyderabad.  B.Tech in Chemical Engg. IIT Delhi.Currently he is teaching Mathematics, Chemistry and Geography.  He has completed his B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur. Currently he is teaching mathematics and Physics to Intermediate classes.  He is currently serving as a Mathematic teacher in Gurukula to the senior students. From last 8 years he was running his own teaching institute in Chandigarh. He is also preparing students for I.I.T, J.E.E, A.I.E.E.E, S.A.T and other various competitive exams.  He has completed his MS from University of Massachusetts, USA.He has also done MS in consciousness studies from BI, Mumbai.Currently he is serving as Physics and Mathematics teacher.  D.Phil, MSc, B.Sc., Post-doctorate work in the Netherlands Kamala Sundari Devi specializes as Biology and EVS Teacher. Her cumulate teaching experience of over 20 years enables her to conduct lessons in a lively and captivating manner.  She is currently teaching English to the middle school.She has completed B.A(hons)English,Delhi university. B.Ed- Kashmir university and also P.G.D.T from Delhi university.  B.A., M.A. in English, Diploma in Sculpture Sangeeta has been with BGIS for 6 years. Her passion and flair for teaching English & Social Studies is evident through the students’ academic performances.  She has been teaching here for the last two years. She has completed B.A. from Kolkata university .Currently she is teaching in 2nd grade students of BGIS.  She has been completed her 15 years of teaching in BGIS. She is currently teaching 3rd Grade.She ahs completed B.Sc from Jiwaji University Gwaliar and M.A in Hindi from Agra University (diploma in Arts).  She is currently teaching all subjects in first grade. She has completed M.A. in English from Agra University. Diploma in E.C.C.E (Early Childhood Care and Education). Now she’s doing B.ed from Lucknow University.  B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed Yogesh is the school’s sports teacher. A national volleyball player he is expert in training the students In a variety of sports such as swimming, football, basketball & volleyball. He has been with the school for 8 years.  Travels and teaches mridanga worldwide. Bablu has been with the school for over 20 years. He is a classical Indian Music teacher who specializes in the traditional Mridanga drum into the line of Narottama das Thakur.  Music teacher Durjay krishna has been with this school for over 7 years. He is a classical Indian Music teacher who specializes in harmonium, teaching the young generations the skills of singing and playing Harmonium.He also gives lessons on the art of singing both bhajans and kirtans and even classical singing of ragas. Many devotees from all over the world also aspire to learn the art of kirtan from him. |
