BGIS students participate in World Peace Day

On 17th March 2017 students of Gurukula, Vrindavan took part in a world peace parade conducted in Vrindavan. The event was conducted to spread the meaning of real peace of creating compassion among all living entities. We speak about peace while opening slaughter houses around the world where millions of poor creatures are ruthlessly slaughtered every day. Peace can not happen collectively when we harm and torture other creatures.

To display the unity in diversity ISKCON congregation leaders from the Hollywood, USA have launched this peace day parade. students holding flags of 198 countries marched through the beautiful gardens of Mathura Vrindavan Trust (MVT) on this day.
